All of our projects are led by our two founding Directors, Kate Bowen and Craig Wilkinson. Drawing on over 25 years’ experience, we make sure our concepts spring from clear strategies, reflect real audience insights and start real conversations.

UP is vividly green and supports environmentally sustainable practices.

Our energy is from Ecotricity, which supplies 100% green power, made from the sun, the wind and the sea. We bank with The Cooperative Bank because of their commitments to people, planet and community. And we only use recycled paper and plant-based products throughout the studio.

We are passionate about environmental and social justice and are registered with Vegan Founded.

And when we design something physical, be it a brochure, signage or an exhibition stand, we first consider: how can we make it sustainable? How can we make it look amazing without costing the earth?
